Adel is better playing on the left and cutting in We all know his fantastic skills and how dangerous he is, but does he have the the experience of football knowledge quite yet to play that very specialised role? I'd play 4-4-2 with remy and Zamora/Bothroyd up front. Granero in centre id with Mbia or Derry

Personally would have Adel in the hole behind Remy with Grabero and Mbia/Diakite as the 2 CMs. SWP and Townsend out wide.

Joey Barton compared to Steven Gerrard, got to be a wind up, or I suggest a fortnight in the priory
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

          Cisse and his upset tummy.

          Bosingwa and his bench.

Hoilett after 6 months into the season he is still over weight so cant be training very hard.

Those for me are the ones that are happily taking their wages and putting minimal effort on and off the pitch.
          nsa/cia spy on this..............┌∩┐(◣_◢)┌∩┐

I tend to agree with Hitman. Cisse blatantly wasn't giving 100%, Bosingwa we all know about and Hoilet has looked overweight. I can't recall thinking another player wasn't trying hard enough except maybe Zamora earlier in the season, but that may have been down to not being really fit and having to choose when to press etc.

Granero is a typical spanish player, highly technical and able to produce clever turns and crafty through balls in a productive side. and confident side, we dont have this , we are bottom of the league and need graft and passion complimented by talent. Dont get me wrong get him in a arsenal side and man city will be sniffing around him after a hat trick at wigan. But like most foreign players when it comes to the crunch they dont have the heart to get you out of these situations. diakite derry and adel with two flying wingers and lets go for it in the remaining games.

As for park he is our torres a shadow of the player he was, the lesson there is dont buy a player after a nasty injury its a gamble. Look at faurlin!

Cloughy used to buy players for his system. Taylor went out and found them for him. It wasn't about names, it was about who could do the job to fit the team to win the league.

Management farked it up royally. All players are mercenaries, professionals who have short careers and need to make their money while they can will always follow the money until they don't have to.

Excatly, and this is what brought Swansea,Norwich, Southampton etc. success.
This is also a reason why Warnock should have been given funds to strengthen his team.
What did happen in this window Is not for me to judge, but Harry obviously failed to get the players he really wanted to play in his system.
