this is what pees me off about this club, we pay top end prices, but the prices arent in comparasion with league position or performances... very poor value for money.

i see your point but after two years i think its obvious flav n co are not gonna splash the cash willy nilly on 'decent' signings!!!.....still notts county are spending zillions n lost to barnet

the board have splashed too much on long contracts and high wages for mediocre players and now its coming back to bite them in the rear :(

it goes deeper than that,jim gregory really knew his football,and realised thats its all about managers
managerial geniuses like gerry francis ,can find brilliant players well before theyve peeked or can go to stevenage and buy 25 year old strikers for 50 000
i asked gerry if he would ever return at the accrington stanley game he replied if he did he and only he would pick the team
i think flavio would accept now that he must let the managers pick there own team
but for the time being magilton is running the show,lets hope he can develop this squad into a brilliant team
if we can beat both peterborough and palace we could hit the top six then we will have a bit more confidence
