Phil Beard quite clear at Forum, even relegation wont bring a halt to either plans for Training Ground or new stadium.

Work on Training Ground due to start in spring, subject to planning but it does have support of the Council.

New ground, wont say where because if you do asking prices for site start to rise, four to five years away.

this^^^^^ also that some of the sites "available" would require political will. it is best that the board etc keep it quite. im as keen as anyone on a new stadium
