The MAXIMUM ticket allocation any competing club can request is 15% of ground capacity. Chelsea can only refuse to provide this in "exceptional circumstances" (outlined below)

Whether you actually receive that amount is then dependant on a number of other factors.

Advice from the Safety Advisory Group. This group is comprised of the Safety Officers of the host club, the Metropolitan Police and the local licensing authority.

Much depends on previous history between the two clubs, any problems with segregation and any intelligence received by the police.

It is often the case that the visiting club do not want the full allocation as they don't believe they would be able to sell the full number. From a financial perspective it is often better to hand back some tickets to the host club who will be able to sell out, therefore benefitting both clubs by a bigger total gate.

Given that Chelsea have regularly and frequently, provided the full 6,200 allocation required to visiting clubs in League and FA Cup ties, I would be surprised if we did not receive the same. There were no significant public disorder problems last time (despite some bigging it up elsewhere!) and whilst the Police may insist on full cost recovery at their most significant security risk (C) - I'd doubt Chelsea or the SAG would restrict ticket numbers unless QPR wanted them to.

    Hope that helps.
    Nice one
