Taarabt isnt a striker and is wasted up there, and Mackie isnt good enough.

Compare the effort and work rate of Bothroyd and Campbell since they returned to the Club. If it's a straight fight between the two, based purely on that I suspect Harry will go for Bothroyd.
Not saying that would be my choice but Harry had him on the bench more and he got more game time - and to be fair to him, he performed pretty well when he got on the pitch and better than DJ did.

Taarabt may not be an out an out striker but I know who I'd rather play with Remy if Zamora aint fit; I agree Mackie aint good enough - I think he's poop but if we can get money for DJ then I would....just heard on SSN it's paperwork not on time....at least it weren't pulled just f...ed up!

I agree id rather Taraabt up top with Remy than DJ, but, i feel he will do a lot more damage coming from a deeper position, hence must be classed as a midfielder for me and may often play behind 2 strikers pulling th strings.

Attacking midfielder maybe but anyway, DJ is still here for now but wouldn't surprise me if he was to be loaned out when that window reopens.
