don't want to sound like a spoiled kid who doesn't get all he wanted but I can't believe that in 1 whole month we have only managed to bring in the one striker.

It puts a huge expectancy on Remy.

At this level a return of 1 goal in every 2 games is top class. Asuming that Remy is that good, with 14 games left that means we can expect 7 goals from him.
Is 7 goals gonna keep us up? - I doubt it.

Let's face it we are not going to get many goals from the rest of the squad as our grand total of just 18 goals in 24 games up until now proves.

Think we have missed a great chance to have really made a go of trying to stay up but you don't win games and 3 points without scoring goals.

Happy with who we have signed but where are the goals coming from?

yeah it is obvious....and I can not believe we have put all our hopes on Odemwingie and Crouch when they have been "not for sale" the whole time more or less at least too expensive and bad value for money.
Look elsewhere at least for cover.......but it was not to be.

Let's hope we dont get any injury to Remy then.... imagine being left with an injury plagued Zamora and Bothroyd for the rest of the season.....

I'm not DJ's biggest fan, but i think the club may have dropped a clanger selling him with nobody coming in... obviously assumed Odemwingie would happen.

Zamora can find the back of the net. Bothroyd might have finally found his shooting boots. Samba will be a threat to the opposition at set pieces. Mackie, Taarabt, SWP, Hoilett, Towsend and Granero might be able to chip in too

We've spent 21 million + and seem to have done what we can to sign odemwingie. West brom have stitched him up cos the way he has acted over the last week.

Your now moaning we now haven't bought a forward? They went for crouch as a backup, what else can they do? It was out of our control.

I really am embarrassed about our so called supporters some times.

Not the end of the world about no more strikers .......

Say we had got Odemwingie or Crouch .......

Neither would be in our starting eleven up front .....

Remy is the main forward and possibly playing up on his own against the better teams ....and playing of Zamora against the lesser teams where we will push on and press a bit more .

Adel has to be accomodated in the team and in Samba we now have a genuine threat at set pieces in the opposite box

Mackie , DJ or Hoilett can still be thrown on in the last 29 mins to liven things up .

Look at our set of results since Liverpool .....None of us would have given us a prayer of taking 6 points and letting in one goal from our last 4 games given the opposition !!!

We have a stronger squad now with and a decent run of games ( exception Man Utd ) coming up

Lets not forget who we are , where we are and the size of club we are ( irrespective of the silly wages we pay !)

Being bottom of the league isn't an attractive proposition for many players. We had good targets but for various reasons couldn't get them. Fans slating the efforts of the club should hang their heads in shame. This is little old QPR remember.

Our Corners and free kicks are pretty shambles in this league.
Corners: we can't beat the first positioned defender or waste it taking a short way and no one understands it
