Hate to sound negative as Samba is a massive, massive coup and the player we have all wanted for ages but so far we have brought in like for like signings - Remy for Cisse, Samba for Nelsen. Its a better starting line up for sure, but is it so much better to move us from being bottom of the league to three or four places higher? Jury still out for me.

yep but problem is no player will commit to come to us until the final day unless someone mildly less cr*p might come in for them. we are left with whatever ted takes down to the bottle bank of a monday morning...Originally posted by zeberdee View Postit is the problem of having decisions up in the air on deadline day. Painted into a corner. Clubs know that and hold you to ransom.
All very well saying tell them to get lost but if someone steps on Remy's toe tomorrow where are the goals coming from?
Best to get deals done early. Same with CM tbh.

I figure in many of our remaining matches Harry will play two strikers with Adel back in the midfield, hopefully Granero regains some form! Loaning out Faurlin could prove to be a mistake but we have to trust Harry at this point!Originally posted by stainrod10 View PostStill not enough - cant see wwho's gonna create chances from MF@gatorTFC

yep. same here. which may sound ungrateful or something when top signings like remy/samba have arrived but cant see the mf dominating enough now the backs to the wall games are done and need to be more offensiveOriginally posted by stainrod10 View PostStill not enough - cant see wwho's gonna create chances from MF

You sound like her indoors ...... I've had to ban her from talking during MOTD !Originally posted by QPR71 View Postall they got to do is get it up to tarbs, tarbs to
zammo, zammo to remy and goal!"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."
