I think that if you take what Harry says literally, he isn't the one spending most of the money. He gives TF the names and TF goes and gets them. It doesn't sound like Harry is doing much of the money negotiation. If TF says "I can get you Samba tomorrow for £12.5m", I doubt that Harry would say "oh, no, please don't spend that much, let's just get Anton back".

certain players. third, the wages are not extraordinary in football terms. fourth, stadium size is a red herring, double the size of the stadium would net approx 15mill, dwarfed by other revenue streams. fifth, you cannot compare
the current qpr financial model with portsmouth, that was a bank loan secured against the club by an owner with no money, harry didnt set up that model.
