Or more to the point, now he's had an operation to fix his hip. I'm not sure how many of our supporters have ever played sport with a serious injury, under the influence of pain killing injections every day? Trust me, I have and it doesn't help.
He will be a different player and H may be able to take some credit for getting him playing but don't take the circumstances of the first half of the season lightly.
You know what annoys me the most? Hughes knew when he signed that Bobby had this problem and it was inevitable that he would struggle and eventually need surgery but he still went into the season with just 3 strikers - including an injury prone Andrew Johnson. That, coupled with the fact he signed Nelson to be no more than a squad player and then failed to sign a quality regular centre back tells you all you need to know about the wooly haired Welshman :rage:#standuptocancer

That fu8ker's reputation ought to be in shreads. Hughes is a text book example of how not to manage a football club. Worst manager down the Rs in light of the resources he's ****ed up the wall. I hope the footballing fraternity have taken note. Ought be treated like a pariah. Looking forward to BZ coming good thos season. His performance against Arsenal at homelast season was one of the best by a holding cente forward I've seen for a long time.Originally posted by Bluehoop View PostOr more to the point, now he's had an operation to fix his hip. Moaning about about how we haven't paid him what we owe him, and that we shouldn't have been able to appoint Harry until we paid our 'debts' ....... Flecking Welsh Git moaning to his media mates !Originally posted by Rangers77 View PostThat fu8ker's reputation ought to be in shreads. Hughes is a text book

For us that would mean around 29k."
