That is the first requirement - obviously not all players fit that so there are others factors under the "exceptional circumstances" banner. Clearly we have an angle there but I cannot guess what it is.

Harry was quoted as saying that Ian ? ( mike rigg's replacement, can't think of his name atm) has supposedly seen him playing 3 or 4 times for the Olympic squad, so I think that's gonna form the main plank of their appeal.
