No, he said its being held up and not straight forward but will hopefully be done Thursday.

For those that didn't catch it or see the tweets from QPR Official... Harry seems to always be late, haha! You always end up hearing a few bits from the press guys talking in the background.

Massive blow if he went and a top top guy. His hearts in the right place and trying to fix it. Doesnt think he will go. (WE MUST STOP ABUSING HIM) Pulling out all the stops to bring in new players for Harry. Harry had so much good to stay about him, really nice man and nice board of directors who deserve to stay up.

I do love Harry for his honesty and determination
