And yourwin ratio comparison for MON obviously wont include Celtic who play in a 2 team league, or Villa where he also spent ridiculous millions on players. At the end of the day i think they are both mid level managers who have the ability to have an impact on players. Oneill had a shocker at Sunderland after a good start, but Harry's also had a shocker at Spurs last year from Jan. Much of a muchness imo.
