    Diakite named in Mali AFCON squad

    Diakite has been named in the Mali squad for the upcoming African Cup of Nations tournament.
    The 23 year-old is expected to link up with his team-mates on Saturday (January 5th).



    I thought he said he wasn't going?

          He wasn't going when he was playing every week. Now he is more of a sub I don't blame him for going.

                  No great loss tbh hasn't been playing anyway.

                              Did say he wasn't going. Said the club helped him with personal probs early in the season & wants to repay that.

                                      He has potential to be a good player, but so far this season Diakite has not really been as effective as he was when a loan signing. Like many other before him, his form has dipped as soon as a permanent deal was signed.

                                      Maybe after going off to play in the ACN he will return and perform as he did last season.

                                      Is Mbia going to the ACN?

                                                  Good idea. Hes been useless. And if he could stay out of qpr long enough and somehow manages to be in form. It coukd be a good news.
