So that makes up for his pi$$ poor performances this season does it? We're as good as down to 10 men when he plays because he doesn't chase the ball, he thinks standing offside is the new onside & shoots from ridicules angels. Jamie Mackie however gets slated... I don't understand that at all?
It's like saying Figo would walk into our team because he used to be world class.

He has been poor in fact very poor. But his service is non existant. We create nothing and never look likely to. If he was missing chances galore i would be more critical but he gets no service. Am in agreement though his effort and application have been poor and he looks bored most of the time.
The difference between Cisse and Mackie is that Cisse is good enough but is clearly not showing it with goals/effort and application. Mackie gets slated cause he simply is not good enough.Comment

Nope. If it wasn't for Cisse's goals we would have been down before the end of the season. Every point we gained leading upto that last game played its part in keeping us up.
That said, doesn't excuse some of Cisse's performances this season. I don't think he is Arrys kinda player tbh and can see him shipped out in Jan; provided he can get a replacement.You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.Comment

Yep I agree, he held his head in his hands after we scored the penalty that he missed, as well as celebrating when he scored against Chelsea away, when we were 6-0 down!
