How did Granero go from hero to zero?

The premier league is full of great players. But you can't see they're great players until they're utilised in the right way.

Look at Gylfi Sigurdson. Last season, at Swansea, he outshone everyone on his team. One season on and he looks completely unremarkable at Spurs. Similar for Dempsey.

Granero, Diakite and Faurlin all have it in them to excel. They just need to be used right.

its not his skill its his work-rate which disappoints. don't think its anything to do with adapting as he settled in straight away. its since then he has looked completely ineffective. if he won't fight he is of no use to us. oh, and for the record right from his debut i said on here I wan't entirely convinced and thought some fans were praising him because they wanted him to be brilliant more than because he had shown himself to be brilliant.

He is a good player. My gripe is that he doesnt seem bothered and doesnt put enough effort in.

I would add Park to this list. Give these guys a clear role on a system.
