Yeah i know. I was commenting on a quote from another post where they'd said it was a shame Senegal hadn't qualified becasue Newcastle would then be without Cisse and Ba.... hence me saying, and we'd be without Traore.Originally posted by willis1980 View PostSenegal havent qualified, so traore will be here

Totally agree with this. It's not Adel's fault. It's the timing of the tournament and it's excessive frequency. It shouldn't be held during the European season and it certainly shouldn't be held every two years (and consecutively in 2012 and 2013....!!). Still, if we get points on the board in the next four games, we can bring folk in during the window to help us out..Originally posted by silvercue View PostThink it's important that QPR fans don't get on his back about this. He has said how hard a decision it has been, but no one can blame him for wanting to help his country.

I think he had a fall out with the manager before and the manager then didn;t play him. As it stands he is a certainty to start I would have thought.Originally posted by janemelanie View PostDo we know if he is going to be chosen and the likelihood of him playing. I do not think he will be too pleased if he goes and then does not get to play (as has happened in the past).

he will miss games against West Ham, Swansea, Man City and Norwich, which is a real pity because these are games QPR could pick up useful points from.
Although, if QPR win a few moren games in Dec, it will give Redknapp a chance to sign some other key players. Also, Taarabt's absence could mean a chance for Hoilett to play in a free role if he can get back in shape and form. or Granero if he stays.
