Yes he was brilliant for us, and I regard him as a QPR legend tbh for what he done with us, guiding us back to the top flight. But he is starting to sound like an obsessed ex that cant let go.

Warnock worked miracles with us and if he was given the funds Hughes got in Janary and the summer i believe 100% we would be in a better position now with a lot less free loaders.Comment

The other thing not wisely reported is in the days before Warnock was sacked we'd agreed a fee and personal terms with Jelavic. The deal was put on hold with the change of managers and Hughes scrapped it because he didn't rate the player and wanted to spend the £4m from the deal on Zamora. Great move.Comment

Neil was our best manager since Terry Venables IMHO. No Rangers fan should ever criticize him (again in my honest opinion). We're all in his debt. He was treated badly for honest reasons, but he's entitled to express his opinion. He's a far better manager than Mark Hughes.Comment

I'm very thankful for Warnock getting us promoted, but I am bored to death of every week him banging on about us! It's Tony's club and he can do what he wants. The whole Hughes appointment was a debacle and Fernandes would have learnt a lot from it. At the time I was glad Warnock left. The players weren't playing for him and performances were just getting worse. Hughes however bad he was brought in players like Cisse who scored the goals to keep us up. Warnock would not have been able to sign the players of his calibre. Now we have Redknapp who I would have over Warnock and Hughes any day of the week. He has some valid points, but I think Warnock needs to look in the mirror and ask himself what chance he gave to some of the players who won the Championship?
Players like Gorkss Connolly, Hill, Helguson, Taarabt & Smith.
Gorkss sold in pre season. Connolly rarely played, Hill shipped out on loan to Forest after Traore was signed, and only returned after the new Forest manager sent him back, Helguson dropped for Bothroyd, only recalled after the latter turned out to be poor in the Premiership; Taarabt stripped of the captaincy in favour of Barton and dropped or subbed in favour of SWP; and Smith rarely got to make an appearance despite scoring the winner at Everton.
I would say to Warnock ‘what goes around comes around’.
Although seeing as how things turned out with Hughes, I do wish he would have been kept on (who knows he might still have kept QPR up too). Yes he probably wouldn’t have signed players like Diakite, Cisse or Taiwo, but he did line up Jelavic who would probably have been just as effective as Cisse. Who knows, he might have even signed some other decent players unlike Ferdinand and SWP!Comment
