I think they know only too well, they just don't care because such backlashes are toothless. We grumble but continue paying, what choice do we have, so they won't bother changing it.
Well I've sent it to them anyway. No harm in it. Amit and Tony always stress about being willing to listen to the fans so here's a perfectly reasonable example.
