Hughes was always Tony's man and while Amit had to be persuaded to replace Warnock (who was Amit's appointment) with him, it was was Tony who was the only one fighting to keep Hughes in place. Amit had been pushing for MH to go for a long time and to bring Harry in to stop the rot. The Mittals would've closed the pursetrings had it continued. No coincidence to see him back now.
