no hes not, dnt believe what some children arsenils fans said. they forgot easily how he saved their season when van persie was injured. then after that wenger didnt give him a chance. chamakh is way better than anelka at the moment and younger.

Im going by what Ive seen myself mate, he has looked awful whenever I have seen him play.

Any target man who can hold the ball up adds a lot of options to a team and I expect Harry has his eye one a few. I think Crouch might be just that little bit past it though and also getting him would be a purchase rather than a loan which is another reason I think it is unlikely.

Anelka - I'd like to see his goalscoring stats coz. I don't recall him being anywhere near as prolific as Drogba.

And he won't win headers, remember Warnock's tactic when we beat Chelski last season ? Stop their keeper rolling it out. Make him kick it upfield, coz Anelka won't jump or try to win it, so we get the ball back - every time !

Saved their season? He played well for about 10 games at the beginning and has done nothing since. I've seen plenty of Arsenal games over the last few years (two of my mates are massive Gooners) and he's been absolutely listless for last couple of seasons.

If you asked Arsenal fans who they would rather have out of Anelka and Chamakh, none of them would say Chamakh.
