I think the Christmas/New Year period was the turning point.

We had Watford and Charlton who we believed would be guaranteed wins, but we could only manage draws. We then started to get further behind, the boo boys started up again, lack of confidence came in, we didn't get the goalscorer we needed and the rest is history.

I know some will point to the recent 9 game run of bad form, but I feel it started before that.
