Duno tbh mate but at emirates this year I was taken with a subby from work and sat in their "club level" and second half there were loads of empty seats due to people staying in the bars and restaurants so maybe the seats were sold but the corporates would rather scoff the grub than watch the game ?You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity. -

I think a significant proportion of the modern arsenal fan are quite fickle.
I know a number of gooner fans with season tickets who don't go regularly. As said lots of their genuine fans were priced out with number of fans joining who bought into the Wenger vision. I know a number of european blokes working for big London companies that have season tickets especially the French.
I remembers years ago at Highbury getting a season ticket was like trying to be a Member of lords, you probably had to put your name down at birth, however recently Ive bumped into a number of gooners with dubious credentials.
A couple of years ago when arsenal were on another now predictable poor run a mate who had a st said he couldn't get rid of his ticket for games on their equivalent Viagogo due to him having to miss games due to a new baby. He said when they do well people were biting his hand off to go to the game.
Cold december Saturday against WBA when gooners are having a poor run just may have led to loads of st holders staying away.
If renewals become a problem, that may be what pushes AW as empty seats rather than an empty trophy cabinet will cause the board to act IMHO.Comment
