Diakite really should have got to McCarthy for their second goal instead of expecting the defenders to come out to him (which they should have as Samba didn't bother to track him). He has talent but is a liability defending and fails to bust a gut retreating after his forward surges. Having said that Taarabt made a similar error for their first goal assuming we were going to clear it and leaving his man unmarked.
