Why do we have 4 left wingers?.

    We have Taraabt,Cook,Vine and Balanta.

All left wingers by trade, yet asked to play in different roles due to lack of players we need.

This club baffles me at times.

I guess its good for competition, also you need a large squad to compete in 46 games IMO. We will get injuries such as cook, rowlands etc... so its good for them to be there.

Seems a bit escessive to me though mate.Surely 1,or 2 at a push, for back up is enough.

Tying up alot of wages we could use to pay a striker.

Balanta and Vine are naturally strikers, forced out to the wing, Hogan is a winger

Cook's the only one who thinks he's a winger.

But that may be a reaction to all the anaesthetic.

Actually i make it 7 left wingers.

You forgot to mention Ephraim, Alberti, and apparently JM thinks Routledge is a left winger also.

Cook's the only natural left winger we have.
The others can play wide, but don't stay there and often end up in more central positions automatically.
