          Wont be recinded, only really recind them if it was a genuine mistake. they wont overall a ref saying was too harsh

                  This. Stinks of playing the system to me, delay one ban for a week whilst Caldwell serves his, so they don't have both centre halfs out of the same game ! FA need to make quick decision or we have another farce being pushed at our expence.

                    But isnt the ruling that if an appeal is deemed frivilous the ban is extended to 4 games...?

                    Would they risk doing that if so....?

                      in todays day and age with skype, emails and conference calls etc i cant see what it should take any longer than 2 or 3 days after the initial incident to come to a ruling it not like the panel have to travel to their meeting by horse and cart???
