tbh i dont see many strikers in the ccc getting 30+ goals a season even in league 1.

    would ageymang? would helguson?
Of course those two wouldn't LOL
But it doesn't mean that Beckford is doing well in League One that he will set a light the Championship or the Premiership. I can name a lot of strikers from league one going up a division or two and most have failed!

Beckford and Fryatt both failed last time they were in the Championship.Although Fyatt seems to have carried his good form into this season.

David Nugent is a prime example of a striker punching above his weight.

For what Simeon Jackson would cost i think he's worth the gamble.

no mate, cos people will pay if they really believe someone is going to do the business, but beckford isnt that man... simon cox scored more league goals than beckford last year and only went to wba, yet hes younger, surely if all these prem teams were lookin at becks, then they woulda seen cox and thought **** it lets get him... nope hes in the ccc. makes me laugh people think cos someone is banging them in, in league 1 they will easily do it in the ccc and the prem

Yes, I have seen Fryatt has continued on from his form. Maybe his time spent in League One gained him more confidence.

              Yeah.

Confidence is a massive part of a striker's ability to score. You only have to look at Helgusson's body language everytime he misses a chance.Looks totally defeated.
