Odd that it even came up as possible to be honest. I think AVB made a point of it more than anyone else.
If Harry was going to get any Spurs striker in January it is Adebayor.

Jermain Defoe has dismissed reports of a January move to QPR and insisted that he wants to see out his career with Tottenham.

HTotally agree. Defoe is never going to leave Spurs for QPR this season and probably never. He is only likely to leave of they signed Falcao and Willan in January (not realistic) and even then he would choose a club not in a relegation scrap.
QPR also don't have funds to sign an expensive striker and would at best buy one for around £3m which would narrow the options to lower league strikers or those with around 6 months left on their contracts (get scouting Harry and co.).Comment

I think Harry would be interested in a loan and Remy met Redknapp in the summer and is interested in coming to the EPL.
Compared to the rumors about Defoe or Bent it at least has some logic to it, same goes for Anelka.
Will probably hear about every single striker on the planet in the next month in web stories with no quotes
