    Judging by the recent form table I dont think all is lost, i know were in the shyte but it seems a few others have hit the buffers. newcastle have only had a point in the last 5 games, foolham and wham have had a stinker recently too. the icing on the cake that doesnt effect us is that the scum are also struggling. if we can put a string of good results together i believe we can drag ourselves out of the mire.

                          All runs start somewhere and the Sunderland game could be QPR's start. The clean sheet can also be a big boost to the team.
