    Stephane M'bia

Thats two first class performances in a row from him, both in different positions.

Calm, assured, strong in possession and in the tackle, comfortable on the ball, very good technically, rarely loses possession, can play just as well in multiple positions etc...

This guy has the makings of a fantastic player for us.

    Easily my MOM tonight.

He was different class tonight. Animal.
    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
    And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

I'll be honest, I thought was dreadful in the first half. I didn't see that much to suggest a first class performance in the 2nd half, good effort on goal aside.

Never thought he played that badly at centre back but do much prefer having him in that midfield position, his break forward and shot was good.

For us that would mean around 29k."

The timing might be real good because more and more Diakite is just looking like a huge risk out there, it's just a matter of time until he gets carded and if it's only yellow he has to revert to a style that isn't his! M'Bia might be a better option until Harry can sort Diakite out, if that is in fact possible!

Hes top drawer I thought that from day 1 - he was mustard vs Arsenal until his stupid kick out. He really will be a top player for us.

Apperently Midfield is his preferred position.

He was a defensive midfielder in France. Defence is a secondary position for him.

a player will obviously have his preferred position but a good player can adapt and play anywhere

Yes, doesn't really apply to M'Bia though. Marseille were short of defenders and stumbled on M'Bia as an option :D
