Its all about saying the right things when your a manager. Harry can only prepare the team then its up to the players to do the job. The players have no place to hide now. If worst comes to worst then fingers will be pointed at the players and not the manager

it's about scoring goals and we don't have anyone capable of that. I'd feel half confident if we had a striker in the squad but we don't.

Harry is more than just an 'ok' manager. However you are right about the lack of strikers. Hard to see it how we are going to score goals

Im With Dazzer, the Interview was great. Hughes was never like that and was rather boring in fact.

The thing is, Hughes had no inspiration and that reflected on the players.

Harry has already made us Fans feel good - He talks a good game and he wants the best for us, the board and HIMSELF!!
