isnt one of the problems that the guy the players reported this to is american and in all likelihood he wouldnt know an expression like "i couldnt give a monkeys" etc All in all pretty shoddy work reporting the incident in the hasty manner they did by people who are paid a lot of money to run what is in effect a global brand
