Although I agree with vblock in that I wouldnt blame him if he did given how the club (well, manager & players) have let him down badly - I dont think he is going anywhere soon. He has reiterated countless times how he is here for the long haul.

We don't know what happened at that meeting yesterday and what TF has planned as yet. I get the feeling he's a tough man to work for and is very demanding of his staff. He won't tolerate failure for too long.

if we keep hughes were down. u dont lose to crap like southampton,west ham, swansea, at home and stay up. but i think fernandes will stay. i like the everything hes doing for us but hes made a mistake in backing mark hughes now. he should be gone. we need to get redknapp in as soon as possible as the longer we leave it the harder its gonna be for him to turn it around. weve got to have a fighting chance atleast.

hope your right and i hope Hughes is gone before the Man Utd game. I just have a cynical feeling that they have given Hughes more time because he wont steop down and it would be too expensive to sack him. Hope i am wrong and i hope Fernandes can see that more time will just make things worse. If he does keep Hughes on too long and we get relegated then ultimately it must be Fernandes who takes the blame.

It's a tough call. On one side there's lots of football people saying Hughes should stay, on the other, fans saying he should go. We're all saying out, but TF has to get a new man in and everything that goes with a change of manager.

That's why I think we should be supportive of the chairman in this difficult time. He has to get this right for all our sakes.

He isnt - quite simply.

These things dont come at the drop of a hat, they take months, even years, to prepare, procure and execute.

People thought he was full of hot air when he took over but he soon dismissed those fears by backing our managers to the hilt in various transfer windows. He has delievered - the managers & players havent. IMO anyway.

I believe the new training facility is in Ealing (others will correct me if I am wrong). At the moment a new stadium is not top priority. Before that the Club needs to establish itself in the premiership and build up a larger fan base. Phil Beard and others are the people who will be dealing with this. Unlike some they have been given a job to do and have the ability to carry it out.
