I don't think Phil Beard can make the decision. My feeling is he met with Hughes to see if they could come to some arrangement as to him leaving with mutuel consent (thus the rumours that he had left). Hughes refused. I have read that the shareholders are meeting later this week. The shareholders were apparently divided with only TH wanting to keep Hughes. The real decision will be made at the shareholders meeting. Nobody has yet come out and said that MH is definitely staying, only that he has not been sacked yet. I personally cannot see how he is going to stay on as his position has become untenable.

So then, the fans want him gone, the players don't like him if reports are to be believed, and some shareholders want him out. I really hope TF takes note and sorts this out. We can't give Hughes any more time, he's had plenty already.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

i also feel a definite decision needs to be made this week one way or another. It is not helping anybody with this is Hughes staying or leaving. Four more games is a waste of time as everything will remain unsettled. They either sack him now (which most people want) or stays. I don't think there can be anything in between.

They probably haven't started training yet. Don't expect some of these numpties get up before lunchtime.

                    Interesting post on twitter

“Driving back to London. Lots to think about." Tony Fernandes before sacking Neil Warnock - very similar wording to what TF said this week.

                    TonyIncenzoTALKSPORT‏@TonyIncenzo

"On my way home from America. Long long flight to think of many things." (Tony Fernandes this week)

Hughes was asked to resign yesterday in the meeting with PB, he refused, in order for the club to sack him they need to wait for TF to be back in the UK
