    Who is the defencive leader

Looking at the goals this is what I see

    1. Corner – Nelsen header out – Bozingva, Traore, Diakite all on the line. If they had moved out the offside would have been given.
    2. Traore, then Faurlin not doing their job
    3. Short corner, again players not moving out, this time Ferdinand, Fabio, Derry and Nelsen - another offside

Is it Nelsen who should be running the show shouting at players
Is it Cesar - maybe he does not speak english

For me it is clear lack of leader in defence - who could/should it be - i cant see anyone

Although I agree with the sentiment; we clearly lack a proper leader, I would say that these footballers should have their own brains and know when to step up etc, and not need shouting at by a bloke with an armband on to be prompted into doing so.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Right Matty, there should be 11 leaders out there, at this standard of football.
