    MOTD and Harry

Been too busy to get on here since Saturday night but if Harry's comments, coupled with his joke about his wife holding the banner up to disguise the awkwardness of the conversation, isn't a come and get me I don't know what is.

No ITK's are needed. It was there for all to see. Re-watch it and study his body language and what he said word for word.

It was an obvious opportunity to distance himself from the role should he have wanted to. He clearly didn't. That does not mean he will take it, but it was obvious he is willing to talk about it. My take anyway.

Yeah I'll go for that, at least willing to talk. Deep down I reckon he wants it but if he wants it too much publicly he won't get the money he wants. This works hand in hand with playing the professional game "hughes is a good manager and it's his job" etc "but if this changes"

IF it changes? He knows IF is when lol

I agree silvercue - he certainly didnt dismiss it which most managers normally do in such situations. He seems well open to the job and, I guess / suspect, is just waiting for Sparkie to be fired before he steps up and begins talks.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

It did seem to be as if he's been sounded out about it? but I've also heard a rumour that he doesn't want it? may be a bigger job on the horizon!

I can't watch it either. It is bad enough seeing them live.
