QPR legend Phil Parkes says owner Tony Fernandes must replace Mark Hughes with Harry

Former QPR goalkeeper Phil Parkes has called on club owner Tony Fernandes to "bite the bullet" and replace under-pressure manager Mark Hughes with Harry Redknapp.

The Hoops' 3-1 defeat to fellow strugglers Southampton yesterday left the London club rooted to the foot of the Barclays Premier League having still to record a victory.

Hughes should be man enough to walk away. Guess he wont though as he wouldn't get the big fat payoff that way.

As annoying as it is I doubt many of us would do any different if our employers wanted to get rid of us.

Lets face it, he is probably set for life after his pay off from the mancs and continues to earn a weekly wage most of us could only dream about.

A huge question mark hangs over Hughes now.
One striker up top at home to Southampton, a defence that never shows signs of improvement, players whose body language suggests they just don't give a Rat's ass what happens to us, and a total lack of any professional pride from most players considering the position they've put the club in, means that even I would have had enough after yesterday's debacle.
