So who are you going to replace these players with. QPR are about as attractive as Jo Brand right now, so even with Harry we could only attract either old has beens or players with nowt more than potential. Harry is particularly good at bringing players in on high waghes, so be careful what you wish for.

And don't give me "hungry" and "Beitish" and "passion" - passsion and hunger is not what we need, it is solid managmenet and quality players in a balanced team.

All we can hope fo is that Harry can get these players to play. Cisse for one, is a decent player if HR can get the best out of him.

And why would he swap 60,000 and Champions league for the smallest, and often unfilled, ground in the PL and a highway to second tier football? If he leaves Celtic it will be at the end of the season, not before.

Oh yeah, he and Mackie is two of a kind. NOT. just one excample of a few who clearly doesn´t go along(?) well on the pitch. Hopefully, Joe Jordan can sort these kinds of problems out.

Cisse can still do a job , 15 goals

Onuha and Ferdinand as squad backup

          Zamora as backup striker.

          AJ , Dyer crocks

          Derry Knight Him!
Hooper is unproven at Premier League Level for the money he would cost. If we want a Championship Striker we may as well bring back DJ Campbell.

I would rather have Macraill Smith. Most of Dj´s goals have been penalties and etc.

AJ looked good at chasing the ball that was about it and should be one of the first we should offload as soon as possible

Has one of the worst scoring records as a striker and do not want

Also its worth remembering that Djibril Cisse, with the exception of his time at Auxerre, has always been incredibly capricious. Every club he has been at he's had the potential to offer more but has flattered to deceive. Its a given he'll leave and be incredibly effective where he goes, for about 6 months and then will repeat his customary loss of interest. Whilst I believe we need hungry players with a point to prove, we need a balance and most importantly, a spine to the team to give Harry something tangible to work with.

Gotta agree with this. The reality is we can't clear out the squad. There are, however, those whom we can permenently bench: SWP, Anton F and Park. Maybe Boswinga. Others Harry can read the riot act to: Granero, Diakite and Cisse. Anyone who wants to 'clear out' the likes of Shaun Derry and Clint Hill is a know nothing nutjob. Both, especially Clint, continue to do a job for us in this present squad. And both deserve total respect for being part of the championship winning team.

Im thinking Championship, Hooper would get a double your money deal, he knows hes only got 2 games in the champions league left and Celtic play crap teams week in week out. Dont think it would be to difficult to land him

he'll be either out on loan again or will be playing for us next year

Don't agree - he will take those two games in the Champions League over a relegation bound club in a small stadium every day of the week as it could be his only chance to play knockout European Cup football.

Not only that, but he will be a risk and at far more than his real worth. Far better off looking elsewhere.
