Player names make for dubious ranking, you will always have someone arguing that player A was in fact great while player B was utter overestimated rubbish and vice versa and etcetera.
How about the club staff structure, starting from groundsman and finishing with chairman?

I like the players one - we can start with Gary Borrowdale for someone with no posts and base it on appearances for the club.
