If Fernandes does not accept he made a mistake and rectify it by sacking Hughes then he is not doing his job. If he continues to back Hughes and remains blindly loyal then Fernandes is a **** and needs the same treatment that Flabio got.

TF did not do much wrong - We all thought MH could do a decent job for us and even more with all the new players coming in, but now we all including TF can see that MH has lost the dressing room so all TF needs to send PB to do the tough call to MH and tell him goodbye.......

I think Fernandes saw the wins against Liverpool, Arsenal and Spurs last season & the fact we stayed up + the performances this season against Spurs and Chelsea that all was not that bad, but now it's obvious it is.
You have gotta respect him for standing by Hughes for so long, but he needs to realise that now a change is needed before its too late as it can't carry on.

The problem now is that there are only 26 games left and QPR need at least 10 wins to stay up. This doesn't leave much room for any new manager to keep the team up.

I think Hughes gave up on us ages ago, comments like... I can't do anymore for QPR shows that .

I don't agree with any comments about prem managers having really stressful jobs. How stressful can it be to know if you monumentally f$%k up, you will get a nice hefty payout, in many cases the entire contract paid out in full, and can then freely do what you want with your time until the next club comes knocking..... It almost begs the question, where's the incentive to succeed.

I bet there are managers who regularly fail, yet always get touted for jobs on the manager merigoround who have earned a lot more in a 10 yr period than many that have stayed employed by one club and been relatively successful.

When Hughes is (finally/eventually) sacked, you'd question whether he'd get a job in the Premier League again, certainly not at a club where money is available. Could see him managing the likes of Barnsley in the Championship to good effect.

Surprises me that such contracts aren't written up with expected performance levels as part of the deal. Perhaps they are and none of us know what the details are.
