The "need time to gel" excuse is a load of manure

Keep hear that so many new players need time to gel. Yes there may be some truth in that but that group of players shouldn't go this long without winning a match. IMHO it would take something extremely negative to make this happen, and negative thing is Mark Hughes. It's okay to abuse the players when one are too are below par, but when you have a whole squad underachieving (massively) you have to start turning your attention to the manager. We have bought players from Madrid, Inter, Chelscum, and United for gods sake this funk ing "gel" is not the reason!!
