Also make sure that the popup originated from this site and not from a different tab in the browser?

Other than 2 to 3 members, no one else has problems.

My PC has always been open to ads and pop ups, using IE and Chrome, I still not seen one pop up yet?

Try to delete your cookies or even try another browser to see if that works?
