trying to login to box office

Hi guys sorry for asking in here but i didn't know where else to ask.

Im trying to login to my account to buy fulham tickets and I am getting the message that my account has been locked. I called customer services but apparently the guy who knows why and can remove the lock isn't in until tomorrow :angry1:

anyone else experiencing this or know why it might happen?
