What's happened to my favourite player?

Hughes is having a bubble leaving him on the bench. I think we have the players and ability to play with a five in midfield and just one up top as lets face it we don't have a great selection of strikers and only one who is ever going to be prolific.

Think we need a five man midfield against stoke otherwise we could get out muscled. My midfeild for Stoke would be:

Exactly what I'd like to see too, except I'd have Granero right, Diakite in the middle, and Faurlin on the left.

It's tricky because Faurlin is brilliant, as is Granero and Diakite. Most fans won't welcome 5 in midfield. But they are 3 fantastic midfielders. So if you don't play 5 in midfield who do you drop? Everyone of them has a strong case as to why they should play

See I'd like to see him playing higher up so he can run at teams Yaya Toure style. He doesnt read the game well enough to sit imo.

haha - Thats quite conflicting tsaying that - Yet you want him further up the field, where he needs to read the game as well.

Reading the game can mean many things.

- He doesnt read tackles very well. But he does break down the game well and then involves the team extremely well.

He dropped back against Reading and we played better because of it.

Only a mor*n wouldn't play that team at Stoke. Mark Hughes is a mor*n..... Worse he'll keep Anton F at CB and Mackie up front and replace Holliett with either SWP or Park.

I would keep the same team as against reading, but swap Anton for Hill.

i can see Faulin turning into a Buzz style player under MH,deff not his fav and could even go or loan.May be wrong im only human.
