What else has Hughes got to do.....

    to win us over?

We've slated him for playing SWP, Zamora and Park, slated him for not playing Cisse and Mackie.

Today he put out the most attacking line up we've seen in years at LR, played the players we all wanted, yet because we cant score its all his fault.

People need to get real, we are a very average team punching above our weight and to change managers now will only compound the problem.

We will win soon and start to climb the table, Hughes has to stay. Its not his fault Ferdinand cant win a header, Taarabt cant shoot to the left or right of the keeper, Bosingwa wont cross when he can. The players let QPR down today not MH
22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!

Exactly, for me it's down to the finishing. We had about 3 or 4 chances to kill off the game in the end but we didn't. If Sparky could play and score some goals he would! But he's the manager and all he can do is work on tactics and send the players out. That's what he done, I'm sure if Granero's freekick went in we would have gone onto score a couple more. Or if Taarabt scored that sitter we would have won, same applies to when Cisse crossed it in for Zamora but he just couldn't connect with it. Now that Cisse has a goal under his belt, I reckon he'll start scoring for fun from now on...Well as long as he starts.

      The problem=Finishing.

We're a collection of individuals but not a team. Who bought most of them? Who's job is it to make them into a team?

To win over us he has to win a game

Even if he did win 1 in the next 5 still not good enough and cant even see us getting a win with him as the players gave up a few matches back

The players know he is clueless tactical wise and been messing up with his team selections, you can tell they have had enough

He has lost the dressing basically

How's about win a game? Hell if he wins 12 this season he may just about win me over!

Seriously mate, the buck stops with Hughes. It's his squad, his tactics and his fault we are where we are. Can't get a goal?..........Probably should have done better than Andy Johnson in the transfer window then and even perhaps left a place in our 25 so we could have called up DJ if there were any injuries up top! Can't defend a set piece?.........Perhaps we should have signed a couple of defenders then rather 74 midfielders!

The people that need to "Get Real" are those like that keep defending the constant woefully inept tactical decisions. I ask you what more does Hughes need to do in order to get the sack?!!!

Have to take all ten games into consideration, not just yesterday's performance. Have to also take into consideration this is Hughes's squad. He's chosen this group. He picks the team. He decides tactics. The points accumulated and our league position are a direct result of the decisions he makes. It's no good any of us moaning about the lack of strikers or fullbacks because Hughes chose to go into the season with depleted numbers. He chooses not to change tactics in-game. He decides who's going to be substituted and when.

Yes, we might be playing some nice football at times, but that's no good when we're not winning games. As we all know, it's a results business and our manager so far has not produced the required results. It is now ultimately up to our chairman to decide if he wants to continue this state of affairs in the hope the manager turns it around, or does he make a change to try and change our fortunes. I'm sure TF has a points target in mind, and if Hughes hasn't reached that by a certain stage, he'll pull the trigger.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.
