He needs more than a few games and prefearbly with fit players to choose from.

Faurlin was injured for the 1st 2 games, Rowlands got injured in the 1st, whilst Buzsaky, Vine and Agyemang are still trying to regain match sharpness.

What I think Magilton needs to sort out is his choice of centre halves. Playing Connolly alongside Gorkks could & should provide a stronger defence.

Buzsaky must play in the middle and Taarabt on the left wing.

    I don't think 4-4-2 is a neccessity.

    He could go for this side against Forest;

Cerny, Ramage, Connolly, Gorkss, Borrowdale (unless a better LB is signed).

If Rowlands is fit, I would like to see him alongside Faurlin and Buzsaky with Routledge and Taarabt on the wings. Pellicori, Vine, Agyemang or Helguson to finish of the team.

If Rowlands isn't fit, there is the option of playing Mahon, Leigertwood or going 4-4-2 starting with Pellicori and Vine as forwards.

Talk of sacking the manager after only 3 league games is a disgrace lets judge him after 18 months

will you still say that in say 4 months time if we are still struggling and down the bottom?

18 months is a long time in football......

also if magilton is not given the right tools to do the job then what is the point.

bonfire night at this rate - and yet again a managerial casualty caused by Flabio's quest to get us promoted without a striker and no transfer warchest - are these guys billionaires or chancers ?

I think 18 months is too long, especially if the side is still near the bottom 6 & struggling to score goals.

But yes, talk of sacking him after 3 games is ludicrous.

Assess how the team is doing and the position of the team in October and then decide.

Last season Dowie was sacked after about 10 games and QPR were in 9th or 10th place and just a few points off the top 6. The end position for QPR was 11th and well off the top 6. Sacking Dowie achieved no improvement whatsoever, and in fact, the quality of performances got much worse.

give the man quality players IE Beckford and Earnshaw or Nugent or the like & i'm sure JM will do the business

would love to see how Flav would get on in F1 racing a bloody Clio

It depends what your expectations were at the start of the season I thought mid-table at best so if were struggling its no surprise

Without proper backing from the board whoever is in charge it will be the same until the board put their hand in their pockets

unless he learns from his mistakes,he could hammer his own nail on his coffen, playing players out of position, especially Taarabt is suicidal, dropping our best defenders, that straight away puts the team under pressure. If he continues to do that(and he did exactly that for 3 years at Ipswich),then whether we want it or not he will be sacked,my guess would be november. For the record, sacking endless managers aint the answer, that is getting the correct manager first day, which this club have failed miserably to do over the past 2 years. If he is sacked,PLEASE PLEASE dont replace him with another sacked championship manager.

Well, bottom line is that he has to win his next 2 games convincingly.......or I fear the worst.... I do not think he will get the sack that quick IMO, but, it certainly will not help him...

I have a feeling though that we will beat forest saturday and all will be forgiven...
