i dont want to sound disrespectful as they were good pros for the rs but how anyone can have lee cook and gareth ainsworth as their all time favourite player is strange to say the least.

I suppose thats the difference between "favourite" and "best". I picked Johnny Byrne because of he was my favourite player in my favourite time watching Rangers, not neccesarily the best player ,but at a time of some of my best memories

They may be young and only been watching the last 10 years or so.... If so, they'll hardly have fond memories of players in the 70's, 80's or 90's will they????

Also i'm sure many will like Cook for the fact he donated what at the time was a large sum of money for him, to the club, which at that time was on its knees. Not many players do that in this day and age.

Got to be Dave Thomas bombing down the wing with his socks around his ankles.

The best player= George Santos ;p
Queens Park Rangers, simply the best.
