Plenty of muscle in midfield, good attacking options from the full backs, and support for the three attackers from Granero and/or Diakite.

Edit: this is a 4-3-3 with Taraabt and Hoilett out wide.
Can you post that to the club.

I'm impressd so many people can pick the best formation without ever having seen that combination of players play together!

amazing.. that most people on here can see our weakness.. and are plugging the midfield.. why cant hughes?

to whoever said about mbia being a **** cb.. no its more the fact you can see he is a midfielder who can win the ball and play as well. with granero and faurlin we dont have any strength in the middle.

we cant do nothing about our back four.. no matter what way you play it. so might as well fix the midfield.
Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
        Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"

All we need to do is make sure we pick up as many points as we can till January window opens.

The table on the 1st of January 2012 looked like this, we need to make sure we are well above that!

          Pos 17
          Played 19
          Won 4
          Drawn 5
          Lost 10
          Points 17

4-1-3-1-1 could always rotate that system to game play mbialooks the perfect player for a sweeper role good on the ball.

I was watching udinesse for last 2 years, I admire their systems 3-5-2.
here is some insights of it :

I found it suiting our talents and grafters.
