      Yes huge bargain.

Jarvis went for £12m and Johnson £10m. He's much better than Jarvis and on a par with Johnson now and potentially better.

Plus his resale value will be at least that for years baring major injuries and loss of form.

Yep but Hoilet was out of contract and the tribunals fix very low prices on young players,i think B/burn got a good deal taking into account his form up to now so lets hope now its done and dusted he can get his head down and give us a good deal

we could sell him in jan for far more than we paid for him. can't see this as anything but a bargain - it'd take a really disastrous loss of form for him to be worth less than £4m any time soon

Current market values are crazy, a Del reiterates with his examples. Taking this into account, Hoilet is an absolute steal at £4mill. He is a top player and has startd to show why he had such hype about him. Mark my words, by the end of the season he will be worth at least £12mill - he is going to have a good season for us.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Matty, I agree with you on the proviso he performs. Up to now, SWP, who cost about £1 million has not been good value, in my opinion.
Rather not think about resale value just yet when the geezer just arrrived and only played a few games for us
              Signs are promising

Only thing I don't like is the sell on fee, don't know what percentage it is but still a steal.
