    Cisse

Yes, OK, brilliant goal, but apart from that I thought he was absolutely woeful. Constantly offside, poor ball control and very lazy. What has happened to him?

Glad you noticed - The thing to remember is ... He is a goalscorer and can do things like he did last night!

That's true, as long as he finds the net.

If he scores 15-20 goals this season he can spend as much time offside as he likes....

Work rate & first touch is abysmal. Great finish though but needs to muck in a lot more than he does.

2nd half (even though he got his goal then) i thought he wasn't as good as 1st. he was only caught offside in the 2nd half...yep, prob lazy running.

however, he was able to hold and give the ball left/right and he consistantly a threat when he's in the box.

lazy at offisde, but he's a goalscorer - nothing else. he does score goals. what more do we need from him?

He is a goal scorer and runs off the shoulder of defenders like he did last year, things have not changed apart from defenders now play a higher line when he is playing and catch him offside.

With that and the fact he hasnt played much so far this year which means he lacks match sharpness is getting him caught offside.

As QPR_NW10 said he is a goal scorer nothing else and he scored yesterday
One for all.... and all for one

1 goal in the Carling Cup since the season began is hardly inspiring.

I'd actually struggle to think of 2 other decent shots he's had since the opening day. Personally for me he needs to work the defenders a hell of a lot harder than he does or he won't see 8-10 goals this season. They don't all come on a plate.

Fair points if he'd been starting but he's barely been picked, or has only come on for 20 mins...

I agree to a certain extent but I'm more concerned about what he is doing in the time he has on the pitch which let's be honest is not very much. Zamora, Hoilett, Wright Phillips, Faurlin, Granero & even our less talented players like Mackie & Onouha show so much more desire & energy than Cisse every single week. He looks like a sulker to me. If its not on a plate to him you'll get very little return.

Just my personal opinion of course.

you're rght, he doesn't go out of his way to do anything. He does score goals but surely he could put a bit more effort in?
As for the offsides, is it that hard to look across a line of defenders or am I missing somethng?
