Newly promoted Reading's slow start to life back in the Premier League means Wednesday night's League Cup tie at Loftus Road pits the top flight's bottom two sides against each other.
The Russian is not an outright owner as Madjeski still owns 49% and I gather its daddy's roubles. Can't see too. Much being spent in this instance as Reading were/are a well run club financially.
